Currently we ship only to India. We offer nationwide shipping through our various shipping partners.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchange

As we are selling food products, returns are not accepted for food safety reason. However, if you have any issues with the quality of products you can raise a ticket from your account or send an email to feedback@thepurposeco.in we will get back to you with a solution.

In an unlikely case that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please reach out to us via support ticket area or by an email to feedback@thepurposeco.in. We will promptly provide you a solution to your problem.

In a case that your return has been authorized by the customer support team, you will be guided by the team on the procedure to return, replace or refund the item.
