Recipe: Low Gluten Bread (Khapli Wheat Bread)

Ingredients

500gm Swabhiman33 Khapli Wheat Flour

1tsp Dried Yeast

1tsp Rock Salt or Table Salt

1tsp Sugar or Jaggery Powder

325ml Luke warm water

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together into a dough. Let it rest for 5 mins

Knead, shape & place in an oiled 1kg tin

Leave in a warm place for about 40 Mins

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C(400°F) for 40 Mins
