Common questions
Do I need a payment aggregator?
Not for mobile money. Payments go to your own merchant number, and we match each one to its order. You can still add a card gateway at the same checkout.
How fast are orders confirmed?
Within seconds of the payment arriving, your team and the customer are notified and the order is marked paid.
Can this work with my existing website or app?
Usually, yes. We can add it to a site or system you already have, or build it into a new website or store or ERP.
What happens if a payment doesn't match an order?
It is flagged for your team to review rather than guessed, and every payment stays in the record for reconciliation.
Which payment methods can you include?
Mobile money such as MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, cards through gateways such as Pesapal and Razorpay, UPI and net banking in India, and bank transfer or cash on delivery shown at checkout. We pick what fits your customers.
Do you only work in Rwanda?
